Product Restrictions

Local and State restrictions may apply to various products on our website. Please verify the legality of purchase/possession before ordering. State issued FOID/FID/Permit/Certificates or FFL documents should be emailed to info@expressammo.com with your order number at the time your order is placed. If documents are not received within 24 hours we will cancel the order and apply our 10% cancellation fee.

We do not store these documents and they will need to be resubmitted after each order.

No shipments of any products to AK, HI, DE, MA, or Washington DC.

Ammunition:

• Must Ship to FFL in CA and NY. Please put their information in the shipping field to prevent processing delays.
• State ID/Permit required in CT, RI, IL, and NJ.

Magazines:

• No magazines over 10rds to CA, CO, CT, IL, MD, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, or Washington State.

We strive to ship to all customers we feel that we legally can. However at times we may have to cancel an order due to a local/state restriction we omitted or changes in restrictions. Any order(s) cancelled for this reason will not incur a cancellation fee.
