Product Restrictions

Local and State restrictions may apply to various products on our website.  Please verify the legality of purchase/possession before ordering.   State issued FOID/FID/Permit/Certificates or FFL documents should be emailed to info@expressammo.com with your order number at the time your order is placed.  If documents are not received within 24 hours we will cancel the order and apply our 10% cancellation fee. 

We do not store these documents and they will need to be resubmitted after each order.

Ammunition:

• No ammo shipments to AK, HI, or Washington State.
• Must Ship to FFL in CA, NY, and Washington DC.  Please put their information in the shipping field to prevent processing delays.  
• State ID/Permit required in CT, RI, MA, IL, and NJ

Magazines:

• No magazines over 10rds to CA, HI, CT, MA, MD and VT
• No magazines over 15rds to NJ or CO

We strive to ship to all customers we feel that we legally can.  However at times we may have to cancel an order due to a local/state restriction we omitted or changes in restrictions.  Any order(s) cancelled for this reason will not incur a cancellation fee.
